For nearly 20 years Tammy has refined her diverse private and public sector experience to help lead effective and transformative change in the areas of communications, marketing, business growth, customer service, and not-for-profit organizational and leadership development. She is a masterful facilitator and trainer, bringing a fresh perspective to everything she does. Whether it's in the boardroom, as a conference keynote presenter, or delivering one of her very successful workshops or retreats, Tammy draws from her life experiences to impact the transformation process.
Tammy is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and holds degrees in Inter-Cultural Communications and Organizational Development, as well as certifications in Leadership Development, Team and Executive Coaching. She is currently pursuing the completion of her master’s degree in Organizational Psychology.
As an inspirational dramatist, Tammy has entertained audiences across communities with her monologues and humor-filled performances centering on the possibility of what ‘can be’ through love, forgiveness, and grace. All of which are foundational in her life. Tammy’s commitment to people and her desire to see them become the change they want to see in their lives, communities, business and families continues to be the driving force behind her success.
Currently, Tammy makes her home in Olympia, WA with her husband Terry, son Ryan and daughter Carly.
